About the Author

Chloe Dalton is a foreign policy specialist and writer. She spent over a decade working in the UK Parliament and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, as a special adviser and speechwriter, with a particular focus on human rights and international justice issues. She now works as a consultant on international political and humanitarian issues. During her career to date she has advised, and written for and with, numerous prominent figures in the political and creative worlds.

A graduate of Oriel College, Oxford University, Chloe recently completed an MBA at Oxford’s Said Business School. She lives between London and her home in the countryside in the north of England. Raising Hare is her debut book.
